Cornwall Ď07 photos, using the S5700.
I wound down the window in the car and got this shot of the sunrise. I was rather suprised that it came out! Thereís a few blurred bits.
Gatehouse at Glendurgen Gardens, near Falmouth.
Same deal with the shot to the left. Only this was taken about 30 minutes or so later while the mist rolled in.
River Fal. In the middle is an Oyster Farm.
Rough seas at Gwithian. Well, Iím pretty sure it was Gwithian!
This Viaduct is somewhere near Falmouth. Canít remember the name. Itís amazing to see, because itís so massive!
St. Michaels Mount and Mountís Bay. Tideís in... get the boat or swim!
Yet another good usage of the 10x Zoom...St. Michaels Mount again.
This is one of my personal favourites from the holiday. Mainly because of how the tree is silhouetted and the light coming through.
Mountís Bay and St. Michaels Mount over look the Atlantic Ocean. Thatís all there is to know about this shot.
Prussia Cove & Praa Sands is beyond that visible point. If you look closely you can just make out The Lizard pininsular.
I spent the an afternoon in the fishing village of Mousehole. Thereís alot of backstreets just like this one.
Erm, Iím not really sure the camera is meant to end up showing those colours! Perhaps ISO settings need fiddling with?
This was at the bottom of someones garden in Lamorna. Not sure if I was suposed to be there. Although it was a Garden ďstudioĒ.
I spent ages trying to get a shot like this. 10 pics later and I got it, finally!
They donít call it the Jurassic Coast for nothing, you know!
Patience and timing pays off in the end, as you can see!
The backstreets of St. Ives are rather eerie at night time.
I love how this one came out distorted. I never intended it to. I didnít even wobble with the camera.
I was virtually standing in the water when I took this at St. Ives habour.
I was messing around moving the camera whilst taking shots. Only put this up because I like the colours and reflections!
The Tate Modern in St. Ives is an amazing building. And when itís lit up at night, itís even more amazing.
I would have loved to have stood up there! But there was no easy way up.
I went to alot of stunning beaches whilst in Cornwall. Shame I canít remember alot of them.
Another favourite of mine. The ISO really needed setting up for this one as itís a bit grainy. But none the less, the silhouetted Surfers look good, I think.
When you drive for miles and miles you can find this sort of thing randomly in the middle of nowhere!
The waterfall at Tintagel.
I have visions of falling down that cliff face and into the water. Although the water is rather deep. nice and blue aswell!
